GriDDown Red Alert is NOT a replacement for professional emergency services, medical care, or proper training.

- Follow guidance from official emergency management agencies
- Seek professional medical attention for injuries or illness
- The developers are not liable for outcomes resulting from use of this software
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not rely solely on the Service for emergency response
- Maintain your own emergency supplies and training
- Respect the privacy of other users in your cohort
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GriDDown and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
